As many of you know MTV has a new show coming out called From Gs to Gents. The show will take 15 young “G’s” and polish them up. The men will take lessons in a variety of areas from Style & Grace, Etiquette, Chivalry, to Business Skills. They will supposedly learn that with the right tools every G has the ability to be a true Gentleman – and have a real shot at finding success.
I’m not one for foolish tv, but I think this show will be interesting. . . so I will be covering the lessons learned on the show. The Urban Gentleman Blog is all about helping men not only sustain and polish there gentleman-hood but also to help those in search of becoming a gentleman.
I’ve seen some previews on MTV and VH1 and hopefully the show is tasteful.
Gs to Gents premieres on July 15, 2008.
