Be a Gentleman: Text YELE to 501501 to donate $5 to the relief effort

**UPDATE: One of the best ways to help aid Haiti is by donating to Wyclef Jean’s Yele Foundation. Other organizations have administration fees (which are around 30% or more). Wyclef is Haitian and does all he can to make the country better (his efforts are year round). So be sure to give to his organization FIRST, then you can give to the others.  yele.org Unlike most of the other non-profits 100% of the donation you give to YELE will go to the relief efforts.**
Text YELE to 501501 to donate $5 to the relief effort. Good people give to those in need, as do gentlemen especially Urban Gentlemen. Contributing $5 is literally pennies to give in comparison to the big impact you will make with the donation. Please help out this great country in their time of need.

(be sure to send atleast $20 (4 text) to Wyclef’s Yele Haiti Foundation).

Research the internet to find out other ways you can help Haiti and to find other Haitian charities you can contribute to (just make sure they’re legitimate, the ones above are so its best to give to one of those).

If you don’t have a cellphone or can’t donate online. You can mail a check to the YELE Foundation.

  1. Red Cross takes up to 30% in administration fees alone. Wyclef's YELE goes directly to the people who need it most.

  2. Very well organized site, I just starting my page, and became a fan.

  3. Very nice site. Hopefully lots of people will donate this way and not to sites who don't give 100% of the money to Haiti who really need all the money and help they can get. As I said before, really good site. Hope it all works out. Haiti needs the help. Have a wonderful day!

  8. Interesting article. It is extremely unfortunate that over the last ten years, the travel industry has had to take on terrorism, SARS, tsunamis, bird flu, swine flu, and also the first ever real global recession. Through all of it the industry has proven to be strong, resilient plus dynamic, obtaining new solutions to deal with adversity. There are always fresh difficulties and opportunities to which the business must once more adapt and respond.
